About Coach K
Nicole played fast-pitch softball growing up and began coaching right out of college. She started coaching in 2009 for Cumberland Valley High School as the varsity softball pitching coach. She attended numerous coaches clinics at Alabama, Tennessee, Maryland, Mohegan Sun, Be the Best clinics, and more.

Coaching Experience
From 2009 to 2020, Coach K was a pitching coach for varsity and junior varsity pitchers. Along with teaching physical skills, she discovered a passion for sport psychology. Nicole worked along side Brian Cain to create a mental toughness manual she uses for athletes.
Player Development Experience
Nicole has successfully ran all skill clinics for softball athletes from age 5 through 18 since 2009. Nicole specializes in skill development and helping athletes create consistency through repetition and muscle memory.
